I am an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto (FBAUP) since 1999.

Member of FBAUP’s Executive Council since 2023.

Director of the MA in Image Design (MDI) since 2014.

Director of the Centre for Studies in Design and Art (CEDA) from 2015 to 2024.

I completed my PhD in Art & Design at FBAUP in 2014.

I’m a researcher at ID+: Research Institute for Design, Media and Culture.

I’m a collaborator at i2ADS: Research Institute in Art, Design and Society.

I’m the author of the Records & Photographs project.
